Last chance to enter WA Apprentice of the Year competition

There is less than three weeks left for apprentices to enter the Western Australian 2010 Apprentice of the Year competition, with entries closing on Tuesday 29th June.

The competition, organised by the Australian Culinary Federation’s Western Australian chapter, is s a great way for apprentices and commercial cookery students to gain confidence in their culinary skills.

Competition heats will be held at the West Coast Academy of Hospitality & Tourism, Joondalup, in July and winners will travel to Melbourne in October to compete in the National finals.
