We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager, ideally been working in quality restaurants in remote locations or in vineyards. You will be in charge of a team of 20, be creative, able to drive the revenue up, use your knowledge with budgets and finances. You will have a strong knowledge in wines from Australia, New Zealand and Europe, be able to work with the Executive Chef in order to promote this outlet. We are now looking for a talented and experienced banqueting sous chef, with strong culinary and management skills to implement a new concept and cuisine to the banqueting area. Your goal will be to lead a large team in the banqueting department, able to provide some finesse in your dishes for up to 900 guests. You must have a strong banqueting experience, from convention centre to hotels, be able to achieve the financial goals as you will report directly to the Executive Chef.
