With health an increasing concern for many Australians, Kraft Foods Australia/New Zealand has released two Philadelphia products specifically for use in cooked dishes.
Philadelphia Cream for Cooking and Philadelphia Light Cream for Cooking offer chefs a healthier and more user-friendly alternative to standard cream, which is ideal for use in any number of dishes including scrambled eggs, creamy pasta sauces and curries.
Containing 30 per cent less fat that standard cream, Philadelphia Cream for Cooking has a rich, indulgent taste and texture but unlike other creams, won’t curdle or separate in hot dishes. Philadelphia Light Cream for Cooking has the same great functionality but contains 60 per cent less fat.
